Delia became a Realtor in 1995 with the goal of helping people improve their lives and financial security through homeownership. Delia is dedicated to her clients' success, providing enthusiastic guidance through the sales process from the initial consultation to closing. She was joined by her husband John Gregory and son James Gregory, forming The McCormick Gregory Team in 2005. Delia values listening carefully to the client. Delia's results-oriented, consultative approach has earned her the confidence and trust of clients. Her exceptional track record over twenty-plus years demonstrates her ability to achieve superior client results regardless of the prevailing market conditions. Formerly an official with the US Dept of HUD, Delia raised three sons in the D.C. area. While not assisting clients, Delia enjoys yoga, reading, spending time with family and friends, and serving on the vestry of her church.
John's exceptional abilities to guide clients and effectively problem-solve throughout the real estate transaction, have earned him a strong reputation as a real estate professional throughout the D.C. metropolitan area. His considerable experience negotiating for clients and writing favorable contracts, has contributed to the success of his clients. His structured and caring approach to client issues, and patience in finding solutions to issues that may arise, are exceptional in the business. Prior to partnering with his wife, John was a Senior Vice President and Partner in a large international communications firm, and served in the US House of Representatives as its Chief Legislative Officer. In his free time, John enjoys bicycling, kayaking, birdwatching and cooking. He and Delia are currently Montgomery County residents, having lived many years in the District.
As a native Washingtonian, James has an in-depth knowledge of the city and its surrounding areas. A third-generation Real Estate professional, James' energy, positivity and proactive approach have earned him the trust and admiration of his clients. He works to prepare clients for what they will encounter in the market, working with Sellers to help them achieve the best possible sale price and contract terms, and with Buyers to ensure they secure the best property for their needs. His client-focused approach involves networking to stay fully informed on market trends and properties coming to the market. He leverages the interaction and collegiality within our brokerage, Washington Fine Properties, for the benefit of clients. James lives in the 16th Street Heights neighborhood of D.C., where he is renovating a 1920's Craftsman home. When not working, you can find him paddling along the Potomac River, checking out live music and exploring Rock Creek Park or one of D.C.'s vibrant neighborhoods.
