She was joined by her husband John Gregory and son James Gregory, forming The McCormick Gregory Team in 2005. Delia values listening carefully to the client. Delia's results-oriented, consultative approach has earned her the confidence and trust of clients. Her exceptional track record over twenty-plus years demonstrates her ability to achieve superior client results regardless of the prevailing market conditions. Formerly an official with the US Dept of HUD, Delia raised three sons in the D.C. area. While not assisting clients, Delia enjoys yoga, reading, spending time with family and friends, and serving on the vestry of her church.

His considerable experience negotiating for clients and writing favorable contracts, has contributed to the success of his clients. His structured and caring approach to client issues, and patience in finding solutions to issues that may arise, are exceptional in the business. Prior to partnering with his wife, John was a Senior Vice President and Partner in a large international communications firm, and served in the US House of Representatives as its Chief Legislative Officer. In his free time, John enjoys bicycling, kayaking, birdwatching and cooking. He and Delia are currently Montgomery County residents, having lived many years in the District.
