Delia McCormick, REALTOR®
Delia has been a Realtor since 1995. She is licensed in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia, and prides herself on putting her client's needs first and providing outstanding service. She made the switch to Evers and Company after 14 years with Long and Foster Real Estate, in order to ensure that her clients had only the best of resources and experiences. Delia has been a Top Producer for many years, and has earned an unbroken series of annual awards from the Greater Capitol Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) and her previous and current brokers, placing her in the top 1% of agents nationwide. She is a graduate of Carleton College and has lived in the Washington, D.C. area since 1974. She is married to John Gregory; their 3 sons were born in Washington, D.C., and have now graduated from college.
Delia has trained and coached new sales agents, and receives business coaching from North American's #1 real estate business coach. A believer in life-long education and personal growth, she left her former job as a Federal housing analyst so as a REALTOR she can directly assist individuals and families to enjoy great living environments and build personal wealth and security through real estate.
John "Jack" Gregory, REALTOR®
John brings the highest level of professionalism and caring to his work with sellers and buyers. He became a fulltime REALTOR in 2004, and is licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. As a multi-million dollar real estate producer, John has helped many families to sell and buy, and has developed an expertise in assisting investors.
Formerly the principal of a small government relations firm, John spent 14 years on Capitol Hill where he coordinated numerous legislative functions for the House of Representatives. As a result of his background, John pays extreme attention to detail and accuracy, and can communicate effectively with people of diverse interests and backgrounds. A graduate of Harpur College, S.U.N.Y. Binghamton, and a lifelong learner with interests in religion and human growth, John's clients love him for his ability to guide them through the process with precision, humor and a great deal of caring.
James Gregory, Sales Associate
James is licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He graduated with dual honors in academics and athletics from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelors of Science in Business. His goal is to assist others to purchase and sell properties for financial and personal benefit, including first-time homebuyers and investors.
James was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area and is a graduate of Winston Churchill High School in Potomac, Maryland. A distinguished athlete, James was recognized with the highest awards by his Division III college conference, and with All-State and All-County awards at the high school level. Having counseled special needs children for several summers, James is a highly disciplined, caring and compassionate individual who is committed to bringing the best possible service to his real estate clients.
